About Me

Sam Tate was born and raised in Selma, AL, and spent a short four-year stint in Raleigh, NC, while his parents attended seminary. After graduating high school in Selma, Sam attended Auburn University and obtained his bachelor’s degree in Forestry from the School of Forestry. Upon graduation, he began his first forestry job and married his high school sweetheart, Rachel. For the last ten years, Sam has enjoyed working in the timber business becoming proficient in all aspects of land management, timber appraisals, timber procurement, and the selling of timber. He holds a registered forester license in the state of Alabama and is also a certified burn manager. Sam is excited to put his land management experience to work in real estate.

Sam enjoys living in Auburn and spending time outside with his wife and three children.
